Hello! First off, thank you so much for stopping by Ericasweetsbakery.
I am so excited for this new adventure in my career. I have been baking since I was 8! I have always had a passion for baking. I love to bring my family and friends together with CAKE! Speaking of family and friends, I am a lover. A lover of all things great! My family is my lifeline and for them I plan to succeed in life!
I am self/culinary trained.
I attended and Graduated from the CCA San Francisco and loved every minute of it.
My goal in Caking (yes made-up word lol) is to make people love sweets again! I am honestly baking with so much love I could burst! I do not consider myself an artist but a realist! I love making cookies, brownies, cupcakes, cakes, all that jazz!
